Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a program originally developed to help prevent relapse of depression. It was jointly developed by Zindel Segal, John Teasdale and Mark Williams, eminent researchers and professors in psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy.
