Mindfulness-Based Teacher Project (MBTP)

The Institute for Mindfulness -Based Approaches is pleased to announce that a new podcast series created by Dr. Linda Lehrhaupt, founder and executive director of the IMA, is now online.

It is called the Mindfulness-Based Teacher Project (MBTP) and can be found at

www.mindfulness-based-teacher-project.org .

The MBTP is for people who teach mindfulness-based approaches, meditative movement, mindfulness in various contexts and contemplative traditions. The podcasts are inspiring and informative, exploring themes that touch both the inner lives of teachers and sharing know-how.

If you teach mindfulness in any form, we hope the MBTP will support you in your work. At the same time, many who don’t teach find the podcasts personally and professionally helpful as well.

Please visit the MBTP website, where you will find a list of titles with short descriptions. There is also a gallery of podcasts, where each one is beautifully illustrated by German Artist Norbert Wehner.

You may subscribe on the website and receive notification when new podcasts are available. They can be streamed, subscribed to and downloaded as well on ITunes and SoundCloud. You can also find the series of Facebook.

Access to the MBTP is free of charge.
